Students are not able to charge meals this year. Students will recieve an alternative meal if payment is not made at point of sale. Please make sure all paperwork is current with the lunch program. All new students, as well as returning students to CMS who qualified for free or reduced meals last year must complete a new lunch form unless you are directly certified which means you are on a state program. If a new form is not on file with the Cafeteria manager, students will be required to pay full price for their breakfast and lunch. We ask that all students complete a form as we receive additional funding for the school based on free/reduced students. This funding allows us to have additional teachers, aides and materials to help your child. This information is confidential and is kept in a secure file with the Cafeteria manager. Extra forms are available in the cafeteria for your convenience. Only one application is needed per household. Please do not combine money for meals with snack money, or other school fees. We can not give the students a refund once this money is entered into the cafeteria account. If your child wishes to purchase Ala Cart items, they will need to pay for those items separately. When writing a check for your students lunch please include the following information on the check: Check must have address printed on the check Check must have a telephone number Student's Universal Pin Number (Meal ID Number) If check is to be split between two students have ID# and amount to be applied to each account Meal Prices: Elementary - Breakfast .60, Lunch 1.50, Reduced .30 Middle School - Breakfast .60, Lunch 1.75, Reduced .40 Visitor's Meals - Breakfast 1.25, Lunch 3.00 (if you have questions, please contact the cafeteria manager)
